Refund policy

Before you make a purchase, please take advantage of a free trial account to determine if our product satisfies your requirements.

We want every product and service that you purchase from us to match your expectations. In fact, we are so confident about our products and services, our prices and our customer service that if, for any reason whatsoever, you do not find the information useful, we will refund your money.

It is your responsibility to request a refund. If you don’t contact us, we don’t know. Once you do tell us, we will do everything we can to action it.

Please keep your order confirmation email. This confirms your original order and gives us the necessary details to authorize the refund.

Do provide us with a reason so that we can improve our products and services.

If you have not requested a refund within 10 days of receiving an order, we will have assumed that you are intending to keep it and we will not authorize a refund.

By accepting a refund, you warrant to us that you have not shared any copies of the relevant content with any other person and deleted or destroyed all copies of the relevant content that you have in your possession.

We always refund the payment according to how the original purchase was made and aim to do so within 10 working days of the request being received by us. Due to currency conversion rates outside of our control, final amounts may differ slightly.
